The third floor is home to The Hatchery at Acme, the largest one-level private event and music venue on Lower Broadway, with a capacity of 250 seated and 450 for a standing reception or concert.

What is the Hatchery?
The Hatchery is on the 3rd Floor of Acme Feed & Seed. It is the largest one-level event and music venue on Lower Broadway. The 7,000 square foot venue is located in the heart of downtown Nashville with views of the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium, and Riverfront Park.
How many people can The Hatchery accommodate?
The Hatchery can accommodate a minimum of 65 and up to 250 people seated, 450 standing, 150 plated/seated dinner.
What is needed in order to secure an event date at The Hatchery?
A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required within 7 days of sending the contract to secure an event date.
Can I schedule a site visit?
Yes, we encourage all of our potential clients to schedule a site visit.
Can I rent the Hatchery for a personal or commercial photo or video shoot?
Yes. The Hatchery is happy to accommodate a variety of photo, video, and commercial productions for a location fee. Please inquire about rates, capabilities, and additional details in the form above.
Can I rent additional floors of The Acme for my event?
Absolutely! Acme is available for multi-floor rentals and full venue buyouts. Please inquire about rental rates.
Do the times listed in my events package include set up and break down?
The times listed on the events package include setup, full duration, and breakdown of the event.
What does the food and beverage minimum for the Hatchery include?
Event Space for 4 hours ($500 venue fee per additional hour)
3 hours of prep time before the event and 1 hour after for breakdown

2 - 8’ reclaimed wood bars
Dimming bistro lights throughout
Basic PA system that can play a playlist, house music, etc
8 whiskey barrel tables
Basic bone white or crystal china, small wares, and glassware for up to 150
All décor and production needs (chairs, tables, linens, special lighting, etc) for the Hatchery are additional rentals outside of the food and beverage minimum
Can I bring in my own alcohol for an event at The Hatchery?
In compliance with Tennessee Alcoholic and Beverage Commission, Acme is required to provide all liquor, beer, wine, and licensed bartenders for all events at The Hatchery.
Where can I rent additional décor or equipment for my event?
Any additional rental needs or specialized services (such as specialized décor, lighting, production, etc.) can be arranged through our preferred vendors.
Where can my guests park?
Acme does not have on-site parking. The parking lot directly behind Acme is managed by SP+ and for more information in regards to renting the lot, they can be reached at (615) 695-9253.
